Our VW flywheel lock works great with DSG, auto and manual transmission flywheels. In fact, this tool works great with all four cylinder engines, gas and diesel! Works on five or six speed manual transmission flywheels. The tool bolts to the bottom rear hole in your engine block and keeps your flywheel held firmly in place while you loosen or tighten your flywheel bolts. A real time saver!
